With over eleven years in the beauty industry, Vincent Tobias has built a career defined by range, relationship, and artistry. What began at Paul Mitchell in Atlanta — where an executive clientele quickly opened doors into television and entertainment — has grown into one of the most distinctive portfolios in the market. Today, Vincent is a recurring collaborator at the Met Gala, where he has assisted renowned stylist Nikki Nelms three years running: with Venus Williams in 2024, and Janelle Monáe in both 2025 and 2026. In 2025, he was also brought on for the launch of Kendrick Lamar’s GNX Tour, contributing to opening night in Minneapolis — a testament to the trust his network places in his work at the highest level.
